I made this to take to my mothers. Its simple but cute.It weighs over 3kg. (about 6 1/2 lb) wow... Its a 9" fruitcake covered with marzipan,sugarpaste and royal icing.The snowballs are sugarpaste as well. The Santa and his sack are made from modeling icing and the trees are made from icecream cones with royal icing on them. I used the grass tip to get that effect on the trees,then painted on the royal icing.I made the decorations in advance.
