Santa Claus Hot Cocoa Cake

I just love all the cup of hot cocoa cakes on here that I decided to do one for my family's Christmas. This design was so easy and fun to do. This cake is 3 layers of an 8in cake and it measure about 7 1/2 inches high. The cake is chocolate with chocolate BC. The whole outside is MMF except for the icing and marshmallows on top.

What a cute idea! How do you get the MMF so red and does it affect the taste?

Thanks everyone! This was definately a fun one to do. As for the red MMF...I used Wilton's no taste red and added it to the melted marshmallows. While mixing it I had to use some corn syrup and powdered sugar when the mmf started to become too sticky from all the red paste. It didn't affect the taste and it hasn't stained any teeth. I tried some when I was making it. :D
