i made this cake for a friend at work. She asked for a simple cake, so i did this for her but with a top that she could keep. The cake is a brandy laced fruit cake covered in marzipan and fondant. The top is a candle made from mmf , with holly and berries and pjut on a 3" board so that it can be kept. TFL and Merry Christmas to you all
