My class made Christmas mice today. Last night I dipped the cherries in melted chocolate bark. They attached the Hershey's kiss (head) to the cherry with chocolate buttercream. They also placed almond ears between the cherry and chocolate kiss. Then we placed the eyes and nose on using some tube icing from Wilton. The mouse was placed on a chocolate graham which I purchased from Dollar Tree. They really enjoyed this creative activity. Thank you for the inspiration from the marvelous decorators on this site.
