I did this a couple of weeks ago but haven't had time to show the photo on here til now! I had to do two cakes identical for this person...one in sponge, the other fruit. The in-laws live far away so the sponge was being cut on the actual birthday and the fruit cake travelled to celebrate again with the in-laws! How funny!
