I made this cake for my mother-in-laws birthday. I got the idea from a book and spent along time making gum paste roses. Since my mother-in-law is diabetic I used whipping cream instead of crusting buttercream as a result the whipping cream melted the roses. lesson learned.
Well, I still think it is beautiful. Your rosess are very very nice.
