:) Thank you! Believe me that strategically placed tissue paper covers a lot of ripples! These cupcakes have a separate half ball on top. Wilton makes a pan but I had some vintage individual ball pans & they worked well. The "metal" hooks & top are gumpaste & everything else is fondant. I used a #12 tip to cut out the polka dots then "glued" them on. The swirls were made with a textured roller. Everything was applied & then handpainted with luster dust. White cake, coconut BC and chocolate fondant.
