My great-niece's first birthday cake. Bottom tier - old fash fudge w/trip choc icing, middle - red velvet w/cream cheese icing, top - strawberry with straw bc and fondant. I added a fondant "blankie" to the middle layer when set up. Blankie photo to follow.
