My friend is a HUGE Eagles fan...this was her birthday cake. I used a football mold with chocolate cake. I cut the cake into three layers and used buttercream in between. The frosting outside is whipped ganache with buttercream piping. I tinted buttercream green to use on the cake board to make it more exciting than white.
