Here's my attempt at the basket of apples. I'm not sure whose idea this was originally. There are a few versions of it on here and they're all really good, so thanks to all of the others who have done this cake and inspired me to give it a try. The cake is apple spice (of coarse) and the icing is caramel. Everything else is fondant.
