Banana Bread Creme

My friend/bday girl is not a big cake fan but loves banana bread. So I made a resemblence of the Banana Spice cake from the "Birthday Cakes" book. In the middle was a sweet and rich creme. I drizzled caramel on the top and the sides. It wasn't a typical cake, but man was it sweet and delicious!

What a masterpiece, I'm impressed how well it stayed together. If I attempted, I'm sure it would slide everywhere. Congrats!
