Constructive Critique Requested: Boy your fondant is very smooth!!!! You do have an eye for this!!!! Yes your ribbon roses could have been thinner, but heck they are fanciful. I think I would have added another row with alternating colors of ribbon roses to fill the top out just a bit more........when you get more comfortable, a fondant board would be nice with a green ribbon to bring the green as a accent through the whole design. Very pretty!
Wow this cake is smooth! I agree about the roses - although they are on the thick side, it actually just makes them look whimsical. Don't say "I need practice" - instead say "I meant to do that!" :) I like the green leaves placed inbetween, the alternate color adds a nice movement.
Critique requested:Wow! I can't beleive how smooth that fondant is! 8O I really like the roses and the colors are beautiful! My critique would be I would have liked to see some more interest maybe a border around the top it just seems like it's missing something.
