Here's a cake I designed for a little girl who was born in an ambulance with the assistance of the local fire department....thus the firehouse theme. Inside features 3 chocolate fudge cake layers and 2 layers of vanilla buttercream. Sides of cake are decorated with chocolate polka dots. Top decorations were sketched and then piped using tinted white coating chocolate. I also made dalmation cookie favors for mom to present as a gift to the firefighters....lola
