 Flying High  on Cake Central

I made this cake for a client who was is having a 40th birthday party for a friend who loves Cessnas and flying. It is a white butter cake filled with whipped white chocolate ganache, IMBC w/ caramel & chocolate ganche. The world is made from sytrofoam and was harder than I thought! Cutting out Europe was a daunting task! TFL!!

i made a "world" before ... europe is rather complicater to reproduce in fondnat! :lol: cute cake!!
