Rich chocolate cake filled and iced with dark chocolate ganache and covered in grated white chocolate. Decorated with chocolate leaves. The small cake is a carrot cake with orange and pine nuts iced with an orange mascarpone cream and covered in grated white chocolate. Decorated with chocolate leaves. It was too hot to set the cake up at the venue so I was unable to photograh the cakes on their stands. Cakes hasd to go into the cold room and were brought out later as dessert.
