Cosmopolitan Cake
Buttercream covered cake with fondant accents (roses and leaves around base of martini glass). Inside martini glass is a vodka jello shooter with a fondant strawberry on a toothpick. Cake is angelfood with strawberry filling for a 21 yearold's birthday. Hot glued dowelrods to bottom of martini glass to keep it from tipping.
