Thank you â Working from the bottom up: The base is wood; a dowel rod is screwed to the board. Cut a foam ball in half then shaped into a cone, and cut a pilot hole through it for the dowel rod to pass (the smaller part of the cone to the bottom). Hot glue the foam to the dowel rod.
