This is a plane cake I made for a brother of a friend. I used an 8'' square for the wings and an 11x13'' cut in 1/2 and stackd for the body of the plane. It is covered in fondant with fondant accents. The tail pieces are a 50/50 mix of fondant/gumpaste.
