I made this for the surprise party we had for my grandma's 85th birthday. I did a Fall/Thanksgiving theme, all iced in Buttercream, Candy melts dusted with assorted luster dusts for the leaves, and the topper was styrofoam, silk leaves, and the pendant that my mom and all her siblings gave to grandma - it was a wishbone shape with all 17 of their birthstones and hers. She loved it, and so did everyone else!
