Fondant Wedding Cake on Cake Central

This was my first try at a fondant wedding cake. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be and had a terrible time with air bubbles. I don't think I will do another one! The cakes are white almond on top and bottom and the middle cake was white almond with fresh strawberry filling. Cake sizes are 7-10-13.

Well done, it has a very classical look. The trick with fondant is to apply a thin layer of buttercream frosting to the cake so the fondant can adhere to it and then work the icing (sparingly) so that any air bubbles are pushed out the bottom before finishing off. Try again.
