Catfish Cake
Butter cake, BC with fondant whiskers and edible chocolate rocks. Air brushed. This was for a wedding anniversary. We used thier anniversary as a cover for a surprise 50th birthday party and thought we could at least get them a special cake! They LOVED a picture of a catfish cake that they saw and to me, it looked like someone with not much expreince made it. I took it to the next level and the loved it!
OMG! Too realistic!! Catfish always give me the creeps... make my husband take those off the hook when I catch one. The same shudder a live one gives me just went down my neck! (Now that's a backhanded compliment! LOL)
