Chocolate cake filled with mocha mousse, covered with chocolate ganache and decorated with royal icing. This was for a book club gathering that had read a murder mystery, and had invited me to provide a cake as advertising (I'm just getting started). I was mostly after the taste rather than decoration and at the last minute decided to add the "Clue" message.
