This is a ckae I made for my father-in-law's 70th. I wanted to make it a bit more fomal but still fun so I added the fountain (like the water on a golf course and put some shredded green paper and the golf balls in Wilton's flower ring. He was thrilled! The cart is from a Wilton yearbook!
