The apples are foil inside covered in fondant and then painted. The cake was an caramel covered in fondant. The straw was fondant put through a potato masher. The leaves are gumpaste.

this is beautiful!!! silly ques but how do u adhere the fondant to the apple and make it look so realistic?!!
The fondant covered apples are easy to make. just shape them out of foil cover in tape and then fondant. I put a little bit of water on the apple to help it adhere. for the painting I just use paste coloring and water.
