Oh my... those are some of the creepiest cookies I have ever seen. Alomnd nails, right? I can't work out any of your other secrets though! 8O

These fingers are made from simple salt cookie dough with parmeggiano reggiano added (as for bread sticks), nails are made from halves of peeled almonds fixed with egg white (BEFORE baking). Other way to nail-fixing, not so immovable, but really bloody looking is tomato ketchup or strawberry (or other red) jam in sweet version. :D
