Butterfly Birthday
This was a cake I made for my mom's birthday. It was the first cake I've done in 4 years so everything felt like a first time. The top tier was falling apart so it's leaning a bit and the fondant was not cooperating for me. Overall, though, I was quite pleased with how it turned out. The picture is not that great since none of mine turned out and had to borrow one from my sister.
my fondant was miss behaving last night also,bad fondant! Your border is perfect, I wish I could borders like that, I could'nt pipa a bc border if my life depended on it. Love the colors as well! :)
This border was a fluke! It even amazed me.
I really like your design and color choices. I think it looks pretty good considering the length of your hiatus. I am sure the birthday "girl" loved it!
