Thanks guys! I agree that the catering pan is a great touch! I used tinted BC with a #6 tip for the noodles and just built them up after the crumb coat. Mum made the sauce from BC mixed in heated strawberry filling. The meatballs are ferrero rocher chocolates and the cheese is grated white chocolate.
