First Wedding Cake
This is my first wedding cake done for a co-workers daughter on 09/21/07. First cake was classic white, second was lemon and top layer was chocolate, all with buttercream icing and roses. Used some artificial roses on the sides of the top two layers and around the cake topper. Not my choice of colors or topper but what the Bride wanted. Would like constructive criticism since I hope to get the chance to do more and want to improve....THANKS!!!

good job!! Wouldn't be my choice either, but that is what makes it so great. The fact that you took colors and accessories you didn't particularly like and made a great cake. :wink:
True, they are not your typical wedding cake colors, but it is still a very pretty cake. I think you did a great job on it.
