Fondant Circle Cake
This was my first attempt at making the fondant circles and the Viva paper towel method. I really loved it! I tried to make the blue circles shinier so I brushed water on them but I guess it was too much because they fell apart when I picked them up and they were really sticky. Oh well it was just a pratice cake.
Not that I'm even close to an expert, but I know water and fondant don't mix. Next time try some dust (available on the web sites or cake shops) to make them shine. Darling cake though, even if the water did damage!
