this is beautiful. So elegant. is there a special tool to do the ruffle or is that your expert touch?
To Vgiuocr: if you mean the frill around the cake, I used a garrett frill cutter it's called. I roll out the sugar paste very thinly, cut with this tool and cut in two. Then, roll the edge of a toothpick or cel stick to frill it even more. I'm sure you'll be able to look up instructions of garrett frill on the internet and find a video. Good luck.
