White cake w/ buttercream icing. U of M logo is edible image. The rest is buttercream. I made this cake for an exchange student from Germany who is here studying at the University of Memphis. He plays basketball in Germany. He was absolutely tickled with it. He said he had never ever had anything like this made for him before.
