Again on the first day I used Satin Ice I experienced tons of cracking. It kind of worked out on this cake though since a fish is scalely anyway. Thanks for all the ideas on this site on the fishy cakes. I have another like this due this week and I'm looking forward to it going a lot smoother........Lol
