Fiesta Cake
I had to transport this cake 300 hundred miles and I forgot to take a picture after I placed the margarita glass candles on it. It was a big hit.

I am definately going to use this. The peppers are great!! How did you do the sombrero?
The peppers are made of fondant as it the sombrero...I made the base of the sombrero and let it dry in a bowl, and then I baked a cake in the mini wondermold pan and covered that with fondant, placed it on the dried piece and added the red trim, also made of fondant.
