Looks great! how did you do your scallops? did you cut them first or lay the fondant and trim?

Thanks! I made the scallops by cutting out a "wavy" circle of fondant that would come down no more than 2 in. on each side of the cake. Once I laid the fondant on the cake, I went around and trimmed the scallops with scissors until it looked right. Hope that makes sense! :D
