I posted a pic of the cookies the other day before the final assembly. This is the final assembly of the sugar cookies iced with RI. Design was copied from the Wilton Course 2 book. Cookie Sticks are wrapped in floral tape with fake leaves attached to resemble flower stems. Finished stems were put into a clay pot with flower foam in the bottom to secure. Used crushed chocolate sandwich cookies as "dirt" to cover the foam. TFL!!
