Family Christmas Cake
Large: Secret recipe brownie cake with buttercream filling. Covered in buttercream. Santa, sleigh and toys in modelling paste. Trees, icecream cones in green buttercream. Small: Madeira cake with ganache filling, covered in buttercream (that's as close to red as I could get before running out of colour!) Wreath... yes it is slightly amended but reused as per family request. This was my first go at a santa figure, was pretty pleased with him and the outcome overall. Sprinkled snow is icing sugar.

hehehe can't tell u the secret Theresa or I'd have to kill u! :D No Eeyore the writing is using FMM cutouts. I'm still getting the hang of how to use them, so it was a painstaking process, where I had to do some of the cutting out of the letter with an exacto knife!
