These are cupcakes using jumbo ice cream cones. You bake them just as long as a regular cupcake & fill them with batter to just above the line you can see inside the cone (about 1/2 way up). I gently rested them in a cupcake tin to keep them steady. I iced them with 1/2 butter and 1/2 shortening buttercream with a 1M Wilton tip (which looked most like soft serve). My husband took these to his new job and he said he is now the hero of his building. They really looked like icecream cones!
