For the plaque, I cut a piece of fondant and let it dry then I took a picture, traced it on parchment paper with a pencil, flipped the parchment over and placed on the fondant and traced again. This leaves the outline on the fondant. I then carved the lines with a small screwdriver (ice pick also works) then brushed it with cocoa powder.
