My first wedding cake. Made for my best friend who married this week-end. Although I'm not terribly happy with it, I'm still proud, and received plenty of compliments (mostly on taste).

Pretty cake, at least you got good compliments mostly on taste, My 1st wedding cake didn't come out in looks or taste as I had hoped.
Thank you! It was so disgustingly humid here...the MMF was definately not co-operative! Then the waiter at the reception hall broke my stand.... :(
