This is my second wedding cake. Each tier is 3 layers, choc/vanilla/strawberry with whipped ganache and strawberry mousse fillings. I made the fondant but it's not with marshmallows and the gumpaste flowers. This wasnt easy but I pulled it off and I was proud!
