WOW, THANKS EVERYBODY!! These are VERY easy to make, They are just sugar cookies. I cut them in graduated circles (using a bisquit cutter and both pieces of a donut cutter - with the tiny circle out.) The ONLY thing is -- it took 60 cookies to make 10 cakes (so plan accorindlingly!) Can't wait to see how creative you all get! :D
