This cake was ordered yesterday afternoon and needed this morning. I do not like working under pressure. All things considered, I think it came out pretty good. First fondant covered cake with no bulging at the sides!!!! Yay!!! Still can't figure out how to get my cake so perfect, level and crisp looking, though. Any suggestions on that would be so appreciated.
