This one was difficult. The host wanted buttercream because I could do more decoration with it, but the mom to be SPECIFICALLY wanted cream cheese frosting lol. I had to give the VERY pregnant mom to be what she wanted lol. So, it's a strawberry cake, with cream cheese frosting. I was only able to do sotas on the tops and I used some fondant flowers for accent. The topper is plastic, but I molded a fondant diaper on. crappy cell phone pic, but those are baby blocks on top as well.
