pick up with long knife and store in box. Spread in cream or forsting (best is coconut flavor) and put on glaze. Very good glaze is from egg yolk (egg yolk + eyeball sugar, whip until glaze puff up and change color to white.) Cookies are very soft and melts on tongue.
