Mom asked for a cake for our Labor Day barbeque and asked "can we have SOFT icing this time?" Apparently she is tired of my fondant experiments. The sides of the cake came out so wonderfully smooth with the Viva method that Mom didn't believe it wasn't fondant until she tasted it :)
