My 5th Anniversary Cake
Chocolate cake torted & filled w/german chocolate icing..you know, the coconut pecan kind...covered in BC, then in rolled fondant, tinted blue. I kind of left some swirl in it...flowers are in tinted gum paste. Wooden dowels in between layers. A little too much cake for just my husband & me, but i wanted to do something nice w/our cake topper from our wedding. The guys at his work didn't mind the left overs!
