Watermelon Wedding Cake
Some dear friends who don't eat sweets and don't eat baked goods asked me to make them a wedding "cake" of some sort--something that looked wedding-y, that they could feed to each other, and that they could share with their guests. This "cake" is made from slabs of watermelon, decorated with organic edible flowers. They loved it!
