Here is the anniversary cake that I made for my husband who is a huge Simpsons fan (so am I!). Three years - woo hoo! I got the giant donut idea from kbochick! Thanks for your help Karen! Lemon cake with one layer of lemon curd and one layer of lemon mousse filling. Marshmallow fondant over buttercream and then royal icing poured on top for the pink donut glaze. I made Homer and the sprinkles out of fondant as well.
