Tomorrow is the 2nd anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. This cake is for a law firm who is handling flood/wind/insurance lawsuits. It depicts the stages of homes over the past 2 years. Including flooding, wind damage, (hole in roof when people were stranded on roof tops), then water lines, destroyed yards, debris piles (including the infamous duct taped refrigerator), and finally, rebuilding, renovating and starting fresh.
