Rehearsal Dinner
This was a disaster to make... my chocolate fondant got so dry that I tried to make a ganache to cover the top tier...it actually became a hard candy coating, but it tasted great. mostly chocolate butter cream icing and hand-dipped strawberries.
It may have given you fits, but it looks (and sounds!) great to me! Nice job!
